Challenge
Yeti needed a recurring seasonal window graphics program for its Washington Square storefront, with each changeout completed before the mall opened to the public. The work included 12 storefront glass panels, previous graphic removal, and a tight early-morning install window that required the crew to move quickly while keeping the full storefront clean, aligned, and ready for shoppers.
AP Approach
AP sent a two-person crew to remove the previous seasonal graphics and install the new window package across the storefront glass. After the first install, AP adjusted the material approach from perforated film to opaque 3M IJ180 so the finished storefront would deliver the solid branded look the client wanted. The recurring schedule was also built around the mall’s 10:00 AM opening requirement.
