Challenge
CEVA needed a mixed graphics and signage package installed throughout an active Portland warehouse office. The scope included roughly 27 pieces across drywall, metal, and glass, including room signs, restroom signage, delivery-location signage, spot graphics, and window graphics. The crew also had to work around employees, desks, rooms, and shared office areas while the workplace stayed active.
AP Approach
AP arrived with a four-person crew and split the work across multiple areas so the install could move efficiently. With live placement direction from the on-site contact, the team used field layout judgment, levels, and tape measures to keep the signage consistent throughout the office. 3M IJ180 was used for the vinyl and window graphics, while direct-printed Sintra was used for the wayfinding signage.
Timeline
One-morning install completed from approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

- 27 mixed graphics, signs, and window pieces installed
- Full warehouse office package completed in roughly four hours
- Four-person crew kept multiple install areas moving at once
- Work completed around an active office environment
