Challenge
Amazon needed interior health center wall graphics installed at its SOR3 facility in Portland, Oregon. The project included multiple wall areas inside an active warehouse facility. Several walls required patching and painting, while two additional walls required a specialty wall sealer that needed a full 24-hour cure before graphics could be installed. The project also served as a training opportunity for installers gaining more experience with wall preparation techniques.
AP Approach
AP completed the project over two installation phases separated by the required curing time. During the first visit, a three-person crew patched and painted two walls while applying a specialty wall sealer to two additional walls. After allowing the sealer to fully cure, the crew returned two days later to install the 3M IJ180 wall graphics across all prepared surfaces. Wall fixtures were removed and reinstalled as needed to ensure a clean, finished appearance.
Timeline
Two-phase project completed over two separate installation days, with a two-day cure period between wall preparation and final graphic installation. Final installation completed March 17, 2026.
